Política de pago, cancelación, vencimiento y reembolso

1. El valor total del paquete deberá ser pagado antes de la primera clase.

2. La cancelación o cambio de la clase por parte del estudiante se hará por lo menos con dos horas de antelación, de otra manera se entenderá la clase como vista.

3. El tiempo máximo para reservar una clase será de 90 días calendario a partir de la fecha de la última reserva. Si no se realiza la reserva, el saldo será reembolsado con un descuento del 5,60% del saldo, el cual corresponde al costo de la transacción. 

4. En caso de que el profesor y el estudiante no puedan acordar el horario para una clase, será reembolsado ya sea el valor total del paquete o el saldo restante completo (sin ningún tipo de descuentos)

Payment, cancellation, maturity, and refund policy

1. The total value of the package must be paid before the first class.

2. The lesson's cancellation or hour change from the student will happen with at least two hours of notice; otherwise, the lesson will be understood as "seen".

3. The maximum time to reserve a class will be 90 calendar days from the date of the last reservation. If the reservation is not made, the balance will be refunded with a discount of 5.60% of the balance, which corresponds to the cost of the transaction. 

4. If the teacher and student cannot agree on a time for a class, either the full value of the package or the full remaining balance (without any discounts) will be refunded.
